Our work is centred on the objective of overcoming the conflicts between design, economic and ecological requirements to create spaces with high usage and amenity values, which allow the user to take possession of their new space. Our architecture stands at the crossroads of old and new, with a focus on consistent quality.

As a result of these principles, we do not provide fashionable solutions; instead we create buildings with high stable values when it comes to flexibility, the well-being of the user, urban sustainability and architectural quality. This applies in equal measure to new builds and renovation works, small and large projects, private and public clients.

We view the formulation of needs and objections as the foundation of quality planning. In discussion with the client, we analyse the usage requirements and convey these into individual space allocation plans. We develop well-founded design alternatives that are based on usage profiles defined together with the client: these allow the client to make an assured decision about the character of their future building.
As such, we create the foundation for a flexible use of the new building; including in relation to future changes.

ANP offers all service phases in line with § 33 HOAI; from basic evaluations to documentation. In the case of complex, interdisciplinary problems, the client profits from our office's wide-ranging qualifications: these range from supervising tendering procedures, project development, city planning, urban land-use planning, structural engineering and open space planning, and interior design.
